Refund & Returns Policy
This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be requested for purchases made through Bessie’s Creative Sewing. Customers are encouraged to review this policy carefully before placing an order.

- The item is returned in its original condition
- Original tags, labels, and packaging are included when applicable
- The item shows no signs of damage, alteration, or excessive wear
Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Clearance or discounted merchandise unless defective or incorrect
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Altered items or completed sewing services
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, customers must contact us within the applicable return period.
Please provide:

- Item(s) being returned
- Reason for the return request
Returns submitted without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Bessie’s Creative Sewing is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit
5. Refund Processing
Once a returned item has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error
