Came and sat at the bar. Great service from the bartender. Ordered 20 wings (birds nest buffalo) and garlic bread. The wings themselves were quite good, as a wing lover. Lots of meat and not too fatty. The sauce was quite nice, but a bit ketchupy, which I’ve never noticed in other sauces before. That’s more of a personal preference thing though :). Garlic bread was solid, nothing special, probably wouldn’t order it again. Wish they could switch the small tvs out for larger ones. The seat yourself situation threw me off a little but didn’t have to wait for a table.

Amazing waitress and the wait for the food wasn’t too long. Portions are perfect for two people and beyond flavorful. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago🤍

Seems like a sick bar tucked in a neighborhood but the wait for a couple sandwiches was insane, considering we were 2 of 5 people in the whole place. When we finally got the food it was less than mediocre. Chicken panini tasted like microwaved chicken that was boiled from the previous day and the fries hardly tasted cooked at all. Really subpar place. Seems like I should have just gotten the wings. Could t even finish the food here. Not at all worth the wait or the price

Bird’s Nest, I love you. I love hanging out with my friends at your place. I love watching Illini basketball and the Bears at your place. Even more though, I LOVE with my whole heart your Buffalo wings. Nothing compares. I dream of these. Please never change.

Iconic neighborhood dive bar with some of the best wings in the city, paired with a ton of TVs so you can always catch whatever game you want.
We hadn't been here in about 8 years and glad to see not really much has changed. Quesadilla was good and we ordered 20 wings with their special sauce and hot BBQ, they were amazing.
Place was packed on a Sunday afternoon so be prepared for a wait, but it'll be worth it.

A laid back neighborhood bar offering a friendly casual atmosphere and some of the best wings in Chicago.
You seat yourself which can be tricky since nights are often crowded with college students.
Daily drink specials are offered.
Menu selections include a variety of appetizers,salads,wraps,sandwiches,pizza and of course wings.
We had to wait a little bit to find a table but as we looked around,everyone was having their wings.
We ordered a pitcher of beer (Drink special of the day 12.00) and a basket of 20 wings with their own Birds Best Hot Sauce and an order of Cajun fries with cheese for dipping.
Fries were not greasy but I wish the cheese sauce was warm and not cold.
The wings had just the right amount of crisp and the sauce was not too hot ...just right! Good size and very meaty. They are the real deal!
Plenty of street parking and an outdoor patio in the summer.
If you want good wings in the city at a decent price,this is the place to go.
