We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays
- Processing times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or high order volume
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping on eligible orders.

No additional shipping fees will be added after checkout unless specifically requested by the customer.

Orders may be shipped through reputable U.S. carriers, including:

- FedEx
Carrier selection is determined based on operational requirements, package specifications, and destination.
7. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Bessie’s Creative Sewing is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refused deliveries
- Address changes requested after an order has been processed
We cannot guarantee modifications to shipping information after order processing has begun.
8. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Shipments
If a shipment appears delayed, lost, or missing, customers should contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will review the matter and, when appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist with resolution.
9. Undeliverable or Returned Orders
Orders returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Customers will be notified before any reshipment charges are applied.
